How the connection works

When a property owner in the Midland area calls or submits a request through this site, we connect them with an independent local septic contractor who serves their area. The contractor contacts the customer directly, quotes the job, and, if hired, performs the work under their own agreement with the customer.

Independent contractors

Every contractor we connect customers with is an independent third party. They set their own prices, run their own businesses, and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, and workmanship. We don't vet, verify, or confirm any of those things; customers are responsible for confirming a contractor's qualifications before hiring.
